All you need to do to qualify for this refund, is write a single constructively worded page of notes explaining why it did not work out for you, despite using it as described, and what should be changed in your opinion to overcome these problems that prevented you from benefitting from use of the RecallPlus study software.
Ultimately - we must be able to, by reading your specific description of the problems you had, and suggestions to overcome them, be able to realistically set about making some improvements.

2. In the event that everyone in the RecallPlus team gets blown up by a nuclear bomb or some other such unlikely catastrophe, and we are no longer able to support RecallPlus, a freeware version will be released along with source code for the program, so that development may continue irrespective.
