How to Download and Setup RecallPlus for the first time.

Make sure you are online (connected to the internet).
Open Internet Explorer if you have not already done so.
Click on 'Free Evaluation' in the left column.
Then Answer the 3 questions (optionally answer all questions).
NB need to type a sentence into question 2.
Press 'Proceed to Download' button at the bottom.
When you reach the download page, choose any one of the download sites and click once.
Select 'Open' not 'Save' to make things easier for yourself.
Follow the instructions from there...

How to Upgrade RecallPlus from the Evaluation Edition using a CREDIT CARD.

Close all copies of RecallPlus.
Make sure you are online (connected to the internet).
Open one copy only, and as it opens, select 'Upgrade from Evaluation Edition' button.
Choose which type of upgrade you would like (click explanations to the right if you are not sure).
If prompted, make up a password for yourself (don't forget this.. NB remember the capital letters you used).
RecallPlus will now contact the server and see if you already have 'credit' to do this.
Assuming you do not, it will notify you how much upgrading is.
Choose at this point the left hand part of the payment section that has come into view.
Click on 'Click to jump to secure online payment facilities'.
Don't close RecallPlus. Shift your attention to the Browser.
Take notice and write down the 'Username' you are given at the time of going to the payment site.
At the website, follow the instructions to make the payment.
When you are finished at the website, go back in RecallPlus again, click on the 'Click here when payment is complete' button to finish upgrade

How to Upgrade RecallPlus from the Evaluation Edition using a CREDIT KEY.

Close all copies of RecallPlus.

Choose at this point the right hand part of the payment section that has come into view.
Type in your credit key EXACTLY as 4 lots of 4 letters and/or numbers.
Press the 'Register Credit Key and complete upgrade' Button.
