General Download Instructions:

Once you have answered the 5 questions on the next page, the "Proceed to Download" button will be activated.
When you have reached the "thank you for your feedback page", click the download button.
Select "Open" once the download manager has been activated, i.e. the next prompt screen.
After download is complete please close this page and click "Set-up" on the RecallPlus program and follow the instructions from there.
